01 Introduction and Acceptance
hhdd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "hhdd") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hhdd website, mobile version and all related services.

02 User Eligibility and Age Requirement

03 Account Registration and Management
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one hhdd account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, both accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification
hhdd may request copies of a national identity card, passport or other identification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals.
3.4 Account Closure

Deposits, Withdrawals and Bonus Policy
04 Deposit Policy
The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at hhdd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
- Deposited funds are accepted only on behalf of the registered account holder — deposits made through third parties are prohibited.
- Once successfully verified, deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
- If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify our support team immediately.
- hhdd does not support playing games with credit card funds or borrowed money.
05 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
5.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals.
- Withdrawals cannot be made if the specified wagering requirements for bonus-related winnings have not been met.
- Withdrawals must preferably be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- hhdd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.
5.2 Withdrawal Rejection
Withdrawals may be rejected or cancelled in the following cases: incomplete KYC, violation of bonus terms, suspicion of fraud, or any other breach of the terms and conditions.
06 Bonus and Promotion Policy
6.1 Welcome Bonus
hhdd offers new members a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, a wager of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount must be placed. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after placing ৳15,000 in wagers.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
- hhdd reserves the right to close an account and void bonuses if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
- hhdd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
VIP, Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities
07 VIP and Loyalty Program
hhdd's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
VIP benefits may change at hhdd's discretion. Specific conditions apply for converting VIP points or cashback to cash.
08 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on the hhdd platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
8.1 Technical Errors
If a game outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical error or server issue, hhdd reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. hhdd is not obligated to pay any incorrect winning amount displayed as a result of a technical error.
8.2 Game Records
In the event of a dispute, hhdd's server records will be considered final. Please contact the support team if you wish to request any game records or transaction information.
09 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts or committing fraud to obtain bonus benefits.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
- Pre-arranging betting outcomes with other users (match fixing or collusion).
- Hacking or attempting to breach platform security.
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
- Rude or threatening behaviour towards hhdd staff.
In cases of such violations, hhdd reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account.
10 Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the hhdd platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs and other elements — is protected by hhdd's intellectual property rights.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from hhdd is strictly prohibited.
